Personal Data Disclosure Statement

As AiRep (“Company”), we place the utmost importance on the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Data Protection Law”). We are committed to processing and safeguarding the personal data of all individuals associated with our Company, including our customers who benefit from our products and services. With this sense of responsibility, and as a Data Controller, we process your personal data within the scope of the regulations explained below.

1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Depending on the products, services, and business operations provided by our Company, your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic means by our offices, vendors, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other channels.

Collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Data Protection Law:

  • To enable our business units to carry out the necessary activities for you to benefit from our products and services

  • To provide personalized products and services tailored to your preferences, habits, and needs

  • To ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals cooperating with our Company (administrative operations related to internal communication)

  • To ensure the physical security and control of Company premises

  • To manage the evaluation processes for our business partners/customers/suppliers—authorized employees or representatives

  • To ensure legal compliance and financial transactions

  • To establish and implement our Company’s commercial and business strategies

2. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically and, within the legal framework mentioned above, allows our Company to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations and provide its products and services. Based on this legal reason, your personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Article 1 above, within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the Data Protection Law.

How Do We Use Your Personal Data for Marketing Purposes?

If you indicate that you would like to receive updates from us:

  • We may send you marketing messages to inform you about products and services available through our platforms and carefully selected partners (in line with our own marketing objectives)

  • Airep and/or other third parties may also send you product or service updates or marketing content if you have agreed to receive such information

  • We will use your personal preferences as informed to us, gathered via cookies and/or derived from your use of our services or from market research (see the section below on aggregated data, data analytics, and social media functionality). This information will help us tailor the ads and communications you receive to be more relevant and engaging for you.

You can also unsubscribe from certain electronic communications at any time via your account on our website.

3. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Data Protection Law

If personal data subjects submit their requests regarding their rights listed below to our Company, we will respond to the request free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is set by the Personal Data Protection Board, the tariff determined by the Company may apply. Within this scope, personal data subjects have the following rights:

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed

  • To request information if personal data has been processed

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose

  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad

  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and, in this regard, to request notification of such changes to third parties to whom the data has been transferred

  • To request the deletion or anonymization of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request that third parties be informed of such actions

  • To object to any unfavorable results that may arise from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems

  • To request compensation if damage is incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data

According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Data Protection Law, you may send your requests to exercise your rights to our Company in writing or via other methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Board has not yet determined any other method, your request must be submitted in writing as per the Data Protection Law.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Data Protection Law, please send your request to info@airep.com with your identity information and an explanation of your request.
